The image of the part I want to order Safety Shoe Kit (26-2) looks like it should work. The lower section where the feet are missing has a single hole in the middle of each side. My ladder is very old and I do not have the model information, but it is an aluminum extension ladder. Please measure your current locks….and is the lock approximately 9" long, you should order the Round Rung Lock Kit: 28-9 I have a Model 7128-2 and the date of manufacture is unknown. There are no longer springs or parts available for a ladder of this age. No mark number visible and I want to order a lock spring kit (29-4S). I have a Werner 36' aluminum ladder, about 32 years old, Model D-1536-2, 250 lb. However, since you do not have a mark number (Mk) i.have you measured your locks.if you have the 12" long locks, then you would need to order the part (28-3) instead. The 28-11 model you ordered is for an 8" long lock.if your lock is 8" long, then you have ordered the correct part. I have a Werner 16 foot extension ladder model number D1216-2 with no mark number and I just ordered a 28-11. If you can identify your ladder as a Werner product, then this would be the correct part. We do not believe Werner ever made a "green" flipper kit. It is an orange 24' ladder and the flippers are light green…… Should I order the flipper kit: 29-1? You can continue and place the order but these parts are not returnable.
We cannot be sure that the parts you want to order will indeed fit your ladder due to its age. Will the items 25-2 and 28-2 fit on my ladder? I have an OLD Werner Ladder model D-1120-2, Saf-T-Master Household and I need a Rung Lock Kit and End Caps Kit. We will need to know the mark number (Mk) and model number for your ladder, as there are different spring kits, depending on the MK number.for the same model of ladder. My ladder is an aluminum extension ladder and I need a lock spring replacement kit. Werner has manufactured a number of ladder locks over the years and even within their own ladders, different locks will not work with different ladders. Unfortunately if the ladder is too old to recover the model number and mark number (Mk) it is not guaranteed that any of the lock kits will work for your ladder. Ladder is too old to recover model number and mark number and I need a rung lock kit.
